I was everything to everyone… except myself. I was bullied at work, my adrenals were shot, my sleep was restless there was nothing left in the tank. I was filled with caffeine and was more than exhausted. I had to change something but it had to be easy, I was too stressed for complex.

I simply swapped coffee for herbal tea, the change in my sleep was profound, my nervous system calmed, my digestive system thanked me. Most importantly I was a happier, calmer version of myself around my loved ones, who deserved the best of me.
