You may never use another user’s account without prior authorisation from B2B Hub. B2B Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.

By providing B2B Hub with your email address, you consent to our use of your email address to send you notices about the service and products. We may also use your email address to send you notifications, push notifications and other messages, such as changes to service features, news, and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your withdrawal request via the contact information or by using the “unsubscribe” option in the emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, news or special content.

Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the website or by sending us their request through our contact information. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to B2B Hub.

B2B Hub reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if B2B Hub believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished B2B Hub with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the website or the service by others.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

B2B Hub offers annual subscriptions that allow users to publish and include their wholesale business in the listings available on the website and to be contacted by retailers or website visitors via the form available in the wholesale business profile.

Please note the following information before purchasing a subscription:

• B2B Hub is a directory of online wholesale suppliers in Australia. The business listed on our website may be a brand that sells its products wholesale, it may be a manufacturer, or it may be a distributor that sells other brands wholesale. All businesses wholesaling products are permitted.
• Only wholesalers based in Australia are allowed.

When a user purchases a subscription, the user agrees and declares to purchase the subscription for the price advertised on the website at the time of purchase. Please check the price and features of the subscriptions before ordering.

When a user makes the purchase of a subscription, B2B Hub will send a confirmation email. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of the payment and the start of the subscription. If the user does not receive the confirmation email upon purchase and start of the subscription, it is possible that it has been sent to your spam folder.

B2B Hub may cancel the sale of any subscription and may change or discontinue the availability of subscriptions at any time at its sole discretion. In this case, if a subscription purchase is cancelled by B2B Hub, we will provide a prorated refund for the period of time starting the day after cancellation of the subscription service through the remainder of your billing cycle. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Subscriptions include automatic recurring annual payments. You authorise B2B Hub to renew your subscription and to charge you periodically and progressively on each billing date. The subscription billing date is the date on which you purchase the subscription and make the first payment. On the corresponding billing date, you will automatically be charged the corresponding subscription fee. The subscription will remain active until you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill you for the subscription billing fee in the payment method you choose during registration and subscription purchase.

Subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless cancelled prior to the next billing period. To cancel subscriptions, users must submit a cancellation request through our contact information and the subscription will be cancelled for the next billing period. Refunds are not available. If a subscription is cancelled, the user may continue to use the website payment features for the subscription until the next billing period, at which time the subscription and access to the website payment features will be cancelled.

4. PAYMENTS

Subscriptions can be paid by credit card or due via Stripe (payment processor available on the website). The subscription payment will be charged to your credit/debit card immediately after completing the payment and subscription registration process. The subscription will be activated upon completion of the payment and registration process. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send you an electronic receipt of the transaction to the email address you provide during the registration and subscription purchase process. 

If you find any inconsistencies in your billing, please contact us via our contact details or you can make a complaint via the customer service of the relevant payment platform.

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorisation. This usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Your card may be declined for a number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

If your payment is declined, you will need to provide an alternative payment method or provide another card on which the payment can be charged and processed.

Your payment details will be treated and retained securely and for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of products and services. B2B Hub reserves the right to engage any payment platform available on the market, which processes your data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of products and services.

5. PRICES

B2B Hub reserves the right to determine the price of subscriptions. Prices of subscriptions will be available on the website. Subscription prices are subject to change at any time. B2B Hub reserves the right to determine the price of subscriptions and to change the price at any time without notice.

B2B Hub will use reasonable efforts to keep the pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to periodically check our website for updated pricing information.

We will always try to keep the prices on the website accurate. However, from time-to-time pricing errors may occur, including but not limited to human, mechanical or similar errors. In the event that a pricing error is discovered, you will be informed of the error. The user will have the option to reconfirm the purchase. The user also has the option to cancel the order if not satisfied with the correct price.

6. CREATING AND MANAGING YOUR LISTING

Your listings must include complete and accurate information about the wholesale company, its features and specifications. You are responsible for keeping the information and content of your advertisements (such as photos) up to date and accurate at all times.

7. DISCLAIMER

Wholesale businesses posted by users on the website are not offered or provided by B2B Hub. B2B Hub’s services are limited to providing the website to offer and publish such wholesale businesses and to facilitate contact between users and the wholesale businesses published on the website. B2B Hub is at no time responsible for the products offered by the wholesale businesses published on the website. B2B Hub is not involved in any transaction, nor is it responsible for transactions made by users and wholesale businesses.

B2B Hub is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of the products or wholesale businesses posted on the website by users. B2B Hub makes no representations about the products or business established between users and wholesale businesses posted on the website.

Disputes arising between users will be resolved by the users themselves. B2B Hub does not accept any claim in relation to the agreements established between wholesale businesses and users.

B2B Hub is not responsible for any damage to the physical or moral integrity of persons, such as injury, death or any other moral damage such as threats, insults and slander that may fall on a natural person, as a result of communications established on the website. The communications and relationships established between users as a result of any connection within the website are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users.

You acknowledge and agree that all Materials on B2B Hub are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided herein.
