When I was in my late twenties, I was diagnosed with an immune disorder. It wreaked havoc on my body, causing major fatigue.

In an effort to take control of my own health, I dived into researching how chemicals and toxins are being transferred into our bodies via the things we do and eat. The results were confronting.

I always knew I wanted to be a mum, I’d been around babies and children for most of my life. I ran a family day care, was a respite carer and I’m an aunty to 11 nieces and nephews.

But I was worried. I knew that babies aren’t known for being great at sleeping, and I wondered how my already fatigued body would cope.

I figured out that the best chance I could give us all to get the rest we needed, was to use the safest, most gentle products I could find.

I know all too well the struggle of new mums and am passionate about supporting and providing solutions for bed and bath routines.
