Our Story

I’m Nadia, the owner and founder of On Her Desk, a luxury stationery brand, based on the Gold Coast, Australia.

I have worked in a corporate, fast-paced environment for my entire career. All of my work roles have been high pressure and demanding and it has been essential that I stay organised and in control of my workspace. I also set big, ambitious goals for myself and always have many things on the go at once.

I always struggled to find stationery that supported me to do all of these things, yet was also sophisticated and inspired and motivated me. All the stationery I could find was either bland and boring, or cutesy and unprofessional looking. I needed an even balance of sophisticated style, with function and practicality.

I couldn’t find what I wanted, so I created it.

On Her Desk was born out of the frustration of not being able to find the stationery and desk accessories that I needed to feel inspired, to be more organised, that looked amazing, and just helped me to get stuff done.


Since launching in 2020 with only three products in my range, I have now grown to over ten products (and counting), each in 3 or 4 different colour options. I have also since introduced lots of other amazing additions, like monogramming, luxe packaging, bundles and gifting options.

I created On Her Desk for driven and ambitious women just like me. Women, who want to be more organised, but without compromising on style.

Every single product in my range has been custom designed by me based on everything I have learnt over the past 10 years of my career, that women like me need from their stationery.

My mission is to provide functional, stylish and classy stationery that makes you feel inspired in your work space so you can achieve all of your big goals.
